Regional Sales Manager – Water Treatment / Wastewater Industry Experience Required Remote – 50% travel US wide $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Training & Development + Healthcare & Benefits Package Are you a Sales Manager from a water treatment or wastewater background looking to introduce a bespoke, patented solution into the market while building and scaling a national distributor network? Do you want to join an innovative and fast scaling technology company at the forefront of water treatment, where you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and receive product specific training and development? This organization are a well backed start up, now entering the growth phase of their operations. As the company enters a major commercialization phase, they are seeking an experienced Sales Lead / Manager to build and grow a national distributor and partner network across the United States. This position will work closely with senior leadership and technical teams, including Sales Engineering, to drive market adoption and customer engagement. You will lead distributor onboarding, support partners through the full sales cycle, develop pipeline strategy, and act as a key commercial driver for market expansion.
