Director of CIP Solutions & Business Development $160,000–$170,000 Base + 20% Bonus + Commission + Long-Term Incentives + 4 Weeks PTO + Full Benefits + 401(k) Remote Are you an experienced CIP leader with strong business development capabilities who wants to shape, grow, and lead the CIP division for a major service provider? This company is a major national operator within the power generation sector, supporting hundreds of facilities across the U.S. and internationally. In this role, you will drive business development, win new programs, and then take leadership responsibility as the service line expands. You will shape strategy, strengthen internal capability, and act as a trusted SME to both existing and new clients. This position would suit a proven CIP professional seeking a strategic, commercially focused leadership opportunity within a fast-growing infrastructure environment. The Role • Lead CIP-related business development, including scoping, costing, and responding to RFPs • Serve as the CIP subject matter expert in client engagements, winning new commercial opportunities • Develop and implement NERC & CIP compliance programs, tools, and processes across multiple sites • Oversee the execution of CIP projects, ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, and commercial performance The Candidate • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline • Proven NERC/CIP knowledge, with a wealth of experience in the power generation/utilities industry • Must have business development experience and the ability to hit the ground running • Proven leadership background, managing teams, programs, or complex compliance projects
