About the role As a Digital Sales Representative, in the United States market, you will identify, qualify, and close new business for Rise of Dark Dawn’s digital platform offerings, focusing on both new accounts and growing business within existing accounts. You are responsible for executing account plan(s), driving pipeline growth, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within the United States. Key Responsibilities • Research, identify and map out targeted new business within the web development and design space, focusing on Rise of Dark Dawn strategy and development solutions. • Collaborating with the internal executives, teams and partners to align solutions to customer requirements to deliver successful sales cycles. • Aggressively prospect and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, that include C-level executives/ Project Mangers, and Creative Directors. • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding each business pain point, unique need, strategic objectives, and technology challenges, then position Rise of Dark Dawn’s value accordingly. • Create and execute strategic account plans, manage a robust qualified pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual sales then provide regular progress updates and accurate forecasting. • Build and implement effective sales and business development initiatives to increase solution awareness and market penetration. • Facilitate holistic solutions with a combination of Rise of Dark Dawn’s broader offerings to increase awareness and drive engagement. • Remain up to date on trends in website development/design platforms technologies to know how to leverage information when guiding customers. • Ensure compliance with Rise of Dark Dawn’s sales methodologies • Maintain detailed records of account activity, stakeholder engagement, and qualification criteria in Rise of Dark Dawn’s CRM system, Hubspot preferably. • Prepare project management handover documents for official project handoff to the project manager to kick off the project. Qualifications You’ll Bring • 3-5 + years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in web development technology space. • Strong hunting and prospecting skills to expand our footprint and build net-new relationships. • Ability to access, engage and build trust with executives, creative directors and project managers and serve as a strategic advisor. • Deep understanding of website development and design, builder platforms used, graphics design platforms and the challenges and/or opportunities business are facing. • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to collaborate and coordinate resources cross teams and partners. • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. US Compensation range and benefits for this role are specific to the stated locations only. Rise of Dark Dawn maintains a broad salary range for it’s roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills,, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Rise of Dark Dawn’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the below factors as well as internal peer equity.
