Rise Commercial District is Hiring for an on-site manager in St. Peters, MO. Located near the intersection of Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Ecology Drive. Responsibilities involve sales, leasing, and property management. Annual salary is dependent on experience and can range from $55,000 to $60,000. Potential to earn Incentives up to 20% of Salary. Property management and sales backgrounds are desired. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales/leasing process from start to finish, including preparing and negotiating leases and providing customer service. Handle legal matters, such as evictions, lease disputes, and property damage claims. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of the leasing process, and the ability to work independently. The manager is responsible for light maintenance items and procuring vendors who perform repairs and maintenance at the facility. The manager must maintain a friendly, but professional demeanor and ensure our tenants have a positive experience here at RISE Compensation includes a competitive base plus incentives and benefits.
