Rise Commercial District is Hiring for an on-site manager in St. Peters, MO. Located near the intersection of Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Ecology Drive. Responsibilities involve sales, leasing, and property management. Annual salary is dependent on experience and can range from $55,000 to $60,000. Potential to earn Incentives up to 20% of Salary. Property management and sales backgrounds are desired. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales/leasing process from start to finish, including preparing and negotiating leases and providing customer service. Handle legal matters, such as evictions, lease disputes, and property damage claims. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of the leasing process, and the ability to work independently. The manager is responsible for light maintenance items and procuring vendors who perform repairs and maintenance at the facility. The manager must maintain a friendly, but professional demeanor and ensure our tenants have a positive experience here at RISE! Compensation includes a competitive base plus incentives and benefits. Some of the daily responsibilities of a manager include: • Leading facility tours for potential tenants • Negotiate and execute leases with tenants • Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including tenant screening, lease preparation, and move-in/move-out processes • Collecting lease payments from tenants • Ensuring facilities are clean and in good working order • Coordinating maintenance and repairs • Acclimating new tenants to the amenities of RISE • Receiving packages and deliveries on behalf of tenants • Maintaining a positive relationship with all tenants • Answer and respond to tenant needs • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Desired Attributes of Location Manager Candidate: • Bachelor’s Degree • Computer Skills – Ability to work in Windows Office, browser-based programs, Yardi, etc. • Customer Service and Sales Skills • Capability to drive forklift • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Communication Skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • Associate (Required) Experience: • Management: 2 years (Preferred) • Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Saint Peters, MO 63376 (Required) Work Location: In person
