As the Strategic Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead a team to drive sales growth in the Enterprise segment and play a key role in the training and development of your team. Responsibilities • Manage and coach a team of Strategic Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets into our largest Enterprise prospects. • This leader will forge a path upmarket to build a sales engine that is driving new business consistently, through the implementation of scalable, repeatable, structured systems and processes. • Monitor sales performance: pipeline health, pipeline progression, monthly forecasts, and bookings to ensure quota attainment. • Assist your team throughout their sales cycles, playing an active role to help the team in competing effectively and selling the value of Rippling • Ensure your team maintains accurate and up-to-date sales documentation in SFDC. • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. • Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, sales development, implementation, and customer experience teams to ensure successful client engagements, and foster a collaborative culture within the Enterprise organization. • Work closely with Solutions Consulting leadership to work with Rippling’s product and engineering teams to ensure that we are able to provide a winning solution to our prospective customers. As we move up market w/ this team, this could include prioritizing the development of new, native product capabilities. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings and positioning Rippling effectively in the market. • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity. • Coordinate enablement sessions that keep you team up to date with the platform and evolving sales processes. Skills • BA/BS Degree required • 3-5 years of experience managing successful SaaS sales teams, with AEs delivering $1M+ in ARR bookings • Proven track record in leading a team of AEs in consistently acquiring new Enterprise customers through outbound prospecting • Able to accurately forecast team performance on a monthly and quarterly time frame • Able to manage develop talent to optimize performance • Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic • Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment • Experience selling HCM software and or related products preferred.
