ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and resourceful Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, world-class marketing organization. The ideal candidate has a low ego and high learning mindset, thrives on collaboration, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to make an immediate impact. You’ll work across projects, support day-to-day operations, and help us deliver breakthrough work by keeping our marketing engine running smoothly. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL… Manage and maintain our Asana project management system, ensuring deliverables are organized, up-to-date, and completed on time. Develop and maintain an asset library and tracking system to improve how we manage creative and campaign materials. Support campaign execution by coordinating timelines, gathering inputs, and monitoring progress across teams. Assist with reporting and analytics, helping to track performance and impact across initiatives. Jump in wherever needed—whether its coordinating partners, proofreading copy, organizing to enable, or preparing presentations. Proactively look for ways to streamline processes, improve communication, and increase team impact. AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE… Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant internship/work experience). 1–2 years of experience (including internships) in marketing, communications, advertising, or media. Strong project management skills with comfort using tools like Asana and Excel (or similar: Trello, Monday.com, Jira) to manage assets, multiple deliverables, shifting priorities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail—able to design intuitive systems for asset tracking, file management, and naming conventions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate and build rapport across teams. Self-starter with a collaborative, low-ego mindset—ready to jump in, learn quickly, and contribute meaningfully from day one. Ambitious and adaptable, motivated to grow within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
