We’re expanding our B2B footprint and looking for motivated Account Executives to help us bring Rinse to more businesses that rely on clean linens, clothing, and uniforms to operate. Rinse is backed by a group of leading VCs and CEOs who see the massive potential in what we do and know we are the team to do it. We launched in 2013 and are currently in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Austin, Dallas, Seattle, and Toronto. ABOUT THE ROLE As part of the Sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound business leads looking to partner with Rinse. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from discovery to close — helping companies across professional services, property management, wellness, hospitality, sports, events, nonprofits, and other sectors find the right laundry solution. You will be building relationships with potential B2B customers (e.g. property managers, employers, business leaders) and identifying new opportunities to grow our B2B customer base. If you enjoy building relationships, thinking strategically, achieving challenging goals, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you! You will work directly with our Sales leadership team. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL… Own and manage a pipeline of inbound B2B leads via web forms, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Qualify prospects based on brand alignment, laundry needs, business model, and volume. Present Rinse’s services in a consultative manner that builds trust and a sense of partnership. Communicate key aspects of the deal internally; Coordinate with the implementation team to assess feasibility and identify cost drivers. Strategically approach proposal pricing and structure; Present rationale to leadership. Close deals and coordinate with implementation and customer success teams for smooth handoffs. Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., weighted revenue in the pipeline); Provide insightful, data-driven weekly sales updates for the organization. Maintain careful organization of the CRM platform and manage internal and external communication channels proactively. Capture prospect insights to help shape future service offerings, packaging, and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with leadership to refine guardrails for qualified leads; Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and flow. Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns and messaging based on prospect interactions. AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE… 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role. Proven success managing a sales pipeline and closing new business. Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess lead fit and alignment with deal guardrails in real time. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable leading discovery calls, negotiating agreements, and professionally redirecting unqualified leads. Highly organized and able to move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. Experience using a CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-driven mindset. Proven ability to meet or exceed pipeline targets.
