About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Manager to lead campaign operations within our Digital Marketing Demand Center. This role serves as the critical link between global campaign strategy, regional marketing execution, and demand operations. You’ll drive operational excellence, enable campaign scalability, and ensure alignment across teams to optimize pipeline impact and marketing performance. The role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Global Campaigns. Qualified candidates can work remotely in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Lead Campaign Operations: Own the end-to-end operational execution of global integrated digital campaigns—from briefing, implementation, performance tracking and optimization. Regional Alignment: Act as the liaison between Global Campaign teams and Regional Marketing to ensure consistent execution, localization, and alignment to pipeline goals. Campaign Enablement: Partner with Demand Ops and RevOps to build scalable campaign frameworks, toolkits, workflows, and playbooks that accelerate time-to-launch and reduce execution friction. Performance Governance: Define and manage campaign intake, SLAs, and feedback loops to drive accountability, improve executional consistency, and optimize campaign velocity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Demand Ops, Analytics and MarTech to streamline campaign planning, attribution, lead flow, and reporting. Tech & Tools: Support platform adoption and campaign readiness across MarTech platforms; provide input into tech stack improvements. Metrics & Reporting: Ensure campaign tracking aligns with business goals; work with operations teams to provide regular reporting on campaign performance and demand funnel impact. Qualifications: 7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on campaign execution, demand generation, and marketing operations Marketo certification required Proven success in supporting global campaign consistency while enabling regional flexibility Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Knak, Qlik etc) Analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions and drive performance Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in SaaS, tech, or enterprise software industries What You’ll Bring: A passion for operational efficiency and scalable marketing execution Ability to translate strategy into action through clear processes and collaboration A proactive mindset with a bias toward problem-solving and simplification Why Rimini Street?
