The role will report directly to the Agile Coach. The Scrum Master will be based in the US and may work from a remote office. Position Summary As a Scrum Master at Rimini Street, you will play a key role in supporting and coaching software development teams to deliver tax, regulatory compliance, and reporting updates for clients in over 190 countries. You will foster high-performing teams, promote Agile practices, and help deliver value to our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring their purpose and value are achieved Coach teams and Product Owners in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles Identify and remove impediments to team progress Maintain and improve team standards, tools, and best practices Provide Agile training and promote a continuous improvement mindset Collaborate with management and other teams to enhance visibility and value delivery Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share learnings and drive organizational improvement Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve the flow of value delivery across the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master Minimum 10 years of experience in the technology industry Skills Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organization and time management Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence Location Remote - US Why Rimini Street? Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
