Here are some benefits that set us apart: • Profit Sharing • Above Market Bonus • 401K Matching • 100% Medical, Dental, Vision coverage for indiv + dependents Responsibilities • Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing using On-Screen Takeoff software • Prepare conceptual estimates and contribute to value engineering studies • Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to ensure successful project execution To succeed in this role, you'll need: • 10+ years of Estimating experience with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on commercial construction • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field • Proficiency with BIM, MS Office suite, and estimating software • Knowledge and understanding of construction drawings • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well in a team-based environment
