Title Lead Business Systems Analyst Location Remote Duration: 12+ months Job Description: Required Skills & Experience • Education: bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a strong plus. • Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 4 years focused on data management, data warehousing, or data governance projects. • Core BSA Expertise: Expert-level skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, and creating detailed documentation. Proven experience with both Agile (Scrum/Kanban). • Collibra Functional Knowledge: Deep functional understanding of the Collibra platform, including its core modules (Catalog, Governance, Privacy), metamodel concepts, and workflow capabilities from a business user perspective. • Domain Acumen: A strong grasp of data governance principles, including data stewardship, metadata management, data quality, and lineage. • Exceptional Communication: World-class verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders. • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis is required. Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration concepts is highly desirable.
