Bachelor's degree in IT or engineering, 4+ years project management with 2+ years in IT, PMP preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Assumes responsibility for contribution to the success of a project. Exercises substantial latitude for unreviewed decisions. May mentor others.
