ABOUT THE ROLE: We're seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support Rightway's Pharmacy Network team. You'll partner with Pharmacy Network Directors and Managers to drive data-informed decision-making through financial analysis, regulatory reporting, and pricing strategy. This role is essential in optimizing our pharmacy partnerships, ensuring compliance, and quantifying the financial performance of our network contracts. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Partner with Pharmacy Network leadership to develop and maintain analytical models that inform network strategy, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations Manage regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all pharmacy network submissions Analyze and quantify contractual financial performance with pharmacy partners, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization Oversee MAC pricing impacts and NADAC management, monitoring pricing changes and assessing their influence on network economics and guarantees Conduct pricing modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate the financial implications of network changes, contract modifications, and market dynamics Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding pharmacy network performance, pricing structures, and contractual terms with clear, data-driven insights Build scalable analytical frameworks and reporting tools that enable the Pharmacy Network team to make informed, strategic decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Client COGS, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on pharmacy economics and client financial performance Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in pharmacy network analytics and reporting WHO YOU ARE: Analytically strong with 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmacy benefit management, financial analysis, or related fields Detail-oriented and organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in complex analyses Technically proficient with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data analysis tools; SQL or other programming languages a plus Strong communicator who can translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences Collaborative team player with experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting leadership decision-making Self-directed and proactive with ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and drive projects to completion EXTRA CREDIT: Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), pharmacy networks, or pharmaceutical pricing Knowledge of NADAC, MAC pricing methodologies, and pharmacy reimbursement models Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements in healthcare or pharmacy Background in contract analysis or financial performance evaluation Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Python, or other advanced analytical tools SALARY: $90,000-$120,000 Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
