About the Role Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day service operations, focusing on workflow efficiency, cost control, and coordination between teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader ready to take ownership of business operations and process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations across service, dispatch, and customer service teams. • Track operational KPIs, budgets, and job performance. • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings. • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and inventory management. • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and local regulations. • Support leadership in planning, forecasting, and reporting. • Mentor supervisors and team leads to drive accountability and results.
