Continuous Improvement Assistant Manager Richemont | Grand Prairie, TX Role Overview The Continuous Improvement Assistant Manager will play a key role in driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Americas region. This position will primarily focus on supporting and leading Lean projects, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies. Responsibilities Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or a related role. • Strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies. • Experience leading or supporting Lean improvement projects. • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Proven project management experience a plus. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization. • Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Team player attitude with the ability to influence.
