Full Description

We are looking for a Administrative Recruiter Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities • Prescreen and Recruit candidates using detailed phone screens, applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and multiple job board databases like LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc. while evaluating candidate's compatibility with specific job requirements, to ensure that their skills and experience are directly in line with the clients' needs and expectations • screen, load, and submit candidates into their ATS (VMS) tracking system. Also QA and add all notes regarding hires, interviews, back outs and etc. • Deliver recruitment solutions for hundreds of vacancies across all organizational levels and an array of job functions. • Work extensively with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Scheduling interviews for candidates. • Constantly pipelining a candidate database and maintaining follow up relationships with them. • Establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future client needs. • Attend weekly updates in Staff Meetings. • Writing and posting job ads and tracking success rates • Calling on companies for new business Qualifications: • 2-5yrs Administrative experience • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Positive and professional demeanor • Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred) • Able to post jobs on job boards (indeed, zip recruiter...) • Professional phone voice • Ability to make 50 plus calls a day Company DescriptionAt Richard and Associates HR, we take genuine pleasure in helping others find the job that works best for them.
