ROLE DESCRIPTION: State Farm Insurance Agent Located in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a few REALLY NICE people to assist us in our mission to provide exceptional Customer Service. This opportunity may be ideal for individuals who would like to work between 8 - 16 hours a month, on a non-scheduled / on-call basis. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs. • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS: • Communication and interpersonal skills. • Organizational and multitasking abilities. • Basic telephone skills, provide warm and friendly Customer Service to in-office customers.
