We are seeking an experienced Azure System Analyst to support and enhance mission-critical SLED (State, Local, Education) applications. The ideal candidate will leverage Azure monitoring and integration tools to analyze system behavior, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless operation of distributed systems. This role requires a strong technical background in Azure, system analysis, and production support to maintain high availability and performance across multiple integrations. looking for people with experience in these systems " Criminal History system (CCH), online criminal portal (CATCH), workflow management system (WMS), non-criminal applicant system (APPLICANTS), forms and reports tool (FR)". Key Responsibilities • System Analysis & Monitoring: Analyze and monitor system behavior using Azure Monitor, Logic Apps, and other Azure-based tools to proactively identify and resolve performance issues and anomalies. • Integration Support: Assist with integration-related support across enterprise systems such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Financial Reporting (FR), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Incident Management: Provide advanced troubleshooting for distributed systems, focusing on logs, error tracing, and root cause analysis • Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to validate deployments and resolve production issues. • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including workflows, dependencies, and system configuration changes • Continuous Improvement: Recommend system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process optimizations to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Required Qualifications • Experience: 8+ years of experience in system analysis or application support, with at least 2+ years working in Azure environments • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Logic Apps, DevOps, or equivalent Azure tools. • Distributed Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of distributed systems, log analysis, and error tracing methodologies. • Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues in complex, multi-tier environments. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams • Documentation: Ability to document technical workflows, dependencies, and procedures clearly and comprehensively. Preferred Skills • Experience with Azure Application Insights, Azure Functions, or Event Hubs. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and system performance tuning. • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements within SLED or similar regulated environments. • Exposure to SSO integration, financial systems, or warehouse management systems.
