Creative Strategist - Paid Meta Location: Remote Compensation: $150,000/year Equity: .5% vested over 4 years (currently valued at $1M+) Valuation: $200M Backed by: Top Silicone Valley Investors e.g. Y Combinator (YC), Liquid 2, Founder of Instacart, Founder of Reddit Stage: D2C SaaS healthtech with real traction $1M a month and compounding at 15% MoM TAM: $29.4B through 100M people in the US. Globally the addressable market grows to 600M people. Why This Role? We’re building the future of proactive health and already serving tens of thousands of paying customers every month through a DTC SaaS subscription model. You’ll step into a profitable rocketship that’s gone from $0 to millions a month in less than 1.5 years. Our growth is through paid ads on Meta (mainly Reels) and we need more world-class paid growth to compound it. There is no legacy nonsense, no bloated team, and no rulebook. What You'll Do: • Creative Ideation & Execution: Craft compelling text hooks and identify effective visual and audio hooks that capture attention and drive engagement. • Meta Ads Expertise: Develop and execute high-performing Meta ad campaigns, leveraging deep knowledge of platform algorithms and trends. • Ad Analysis & Optimization: Analyze Meta ad performance data to inform creative iterations and enhance campaign results. • Brief Development: Write detailed creative briefs for static and video Meta ads, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives. • Collaboration with Editors (Bonus): Work closely with video editors to guide creative output, ensuring consistency and quality. • UGC & Creator Management: Identify, hire, and manage user-generated content creators, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and performance goals. Who You Are • Extensive Meta Ads Experience: Proven track record of creating and optimizing Meta ads, both static and video. • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze ad performance data and make data-driven creative decisions. • 5-7+ years of experience creating video ads on Meta at a fast-moving startup. • Obsessed with psychological triggers, funnels, and conversions (sales). • You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and don’t wait for permission.
