The Regional Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving referral growth, increasing brand awareness, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations. Responsibilities • Increase Brand Awareness: Actively promote Ria Health as a premier treatment option for AUD within the assigned territory, ensuring enhanced visibility and recognition among local providers and potential patients • Referral Growth: Drive increased referral volume by engaging a diverse network of providers, including residential and outpatient treatment centers, therapists, psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals • Collaboration with Enrollment Team: Work closely with the enrollment team to efficiently triage inbound inquiries and referrals, facilitating seamless transitions for clients into Ria Health’s program • Outbound Referral Management: Assist in managing outbound referral efforts for Higher Levels of Care (HLOC), ensuring clients are connected with appropriate resources • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with healthcare providers, treatment facilities, and community organizations to support ongoing referrals and collaborative partnerships • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze local market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform strategies for brand positioning and referral growth • Reporting & Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as referral volume, conversion rates, and outreach activities within the territory • Education & Training: Deliver educational sessions to providers within the territory, increasing their understanding of Ria Health’s services and its effectiveness in treating AUD Skills • 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, or related roles • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and referral processes • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a dynamic environment • Passion for Ria Health's mission and commitment to helping individuals overcome AUD • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field preferred • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus Benefits • Join a team of Mission-driven professionals dedicated to offering a next-generation solution in the treatment of heavy alcohol use and addiction • Experience professional growth within a rapidly expanding tech-healthcare company • Direction/Coaching/Mentorship from a highly experienced leadership team • Work remotely • Competitive compensation • Telehealth training and development • Unlimited PTO for full-time salaried team members Company Overview • Ria Health is an online platform providing telehealth services for alcohol use disorder.
