Our all-in-one platform combines advanced technology with a dedicated clinical/admin support team to help practices streamline workflows, improve patient outcomes, and drive revenue — without adding administrative burden. We serve cardiology device clinics, hospitals, and health systems across the U.S., providing unmatched reliability, service, and integration. The Role As a temporary Patient Enrollment Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately enrolling new patients into our system and ensuring a smooth, successful onboarding experience. This role involves high-velocity work and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. EPIC experience is highly preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare support role working with electronic health records. Excellent data entry skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. HIGHLIGHTS This is a temporary 1099 contract role that will last approximately 2-3 weeks. Expectations include working a 40 hours per week during daytime hours. Compensation is paid out at $2 per patient enrollment and will be paid out biweekly. We look forward to speaking with you!
