Strategic Growth Account Director Location: United States (must reside in Eastern Time Zone) Salary: $200,000 + Commission (OTE: $250,000 – $350,000) + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life & Disability, 401k w/match, PTO Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is Not Available Strategic Growth Account Director Description Our client, a rapidly growing provider of technology consulting services, is looking for a Strategic Growth Account Director to add to their team in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will take ownership of 35 strategic accounts representing $10M in annual revenue. You will apply disciplined growth strategies to embed yourself within each client organization, building strong, multi-threaded relationships with Directors, VPs, CTOs, and other key stakeholders. You will be “in the know” when needs arise or when changes occur with each client, allowing you to loop in your technical counterparts (delivery team, architecture team, leadership team) to properly serve the needs of your clients. You will help anticipate client risks, leadership changes, and budget shifts before they impact revenue. You will develop long-term account growth roadmaps, consistently identify expansion opportunities, and drive retention and portfolio growth. Strategic Growth Account Director Responsibilities • Own the commercial success and revenue growth of a $10M portfolio made up of 35 accounts • Drive expansion, retention, and overall account profitability within your portfolio • Achieve and exceed growth targets; increase wallet share and long-term account value • Build and maintain executive-level relationships; develop trusted advisor relationships • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders • Lead as an expert consultant managing business and transformation strategies • Help shape tech roadmaps, transformation initiatives, and long-term investment decisions • Identify growth opportunities, expansion strategies, and long-term revenue objectives • Develop and execute structured account plans to drive multi-year revenue growth • Identify, pursue, and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts • Partner cross-functionally with delivery, architecture, and executive leadership teams • Help shape solutions, win new work, and drive account growth • Stay informed on organizational changes; detect churn signals allowing you to protect margin • Serve as the internal voice of the customer Strategic Growth Account Director Qualifications • 6+ years B2B services/solutions account management/growth experience required • 2+ years of end-to-end custom application solutions experience required • Must have experience managing account portfolio of $5M-$15M • Proven record of account growth required • CRM experience required
