Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our professional team. This vital role combines customer facing responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal office. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while efficiently managing administrative tasks that keep our office running seamlessly. Responsibilities • Manage phone systems screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members with proper phone etiquette. • Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, hearings, and coordinate calendar management for attorneys and staff. • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence. Experience with legal client management systems (Clio/MyCase), the court filing system, and Google Suite is a plus. • Support legal staff with administrative tasks such as document preparation, client correspondence, and case file organization. Qualifications • Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting; legal receptionist experience is a plus. • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. • Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, calendar management, and document preparation. • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality standards. • This paid position offers work at home or hybrid schedules for an attentive focused person. Part time to full time with flexible schedule .
