Fully Remote Licensed Therapist Opportunity at Rhode Island Counseling Associates Are you an independently licensed clinician looking to provide high-quality virtual therapy while being part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team? Rhode Island Counseling Associates is a well-established private practice physically based in Rhode Island. Due to growing demand, we are expanding our team and hiring out-of-state providers to deliver telehealth services to clients in Rhode Island. To support this transition, we cover 100% of the cost and manage the entire process of obtaining your Rhode Island license and credentialing with insurance panels. We are currently seeking experienced, independently licensed clinicians (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) who are able to practice without supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a flexible schedule, meaningful clinical work, and a strong professional support system. At Rhode Island Counseling Associates, we offer a 60/40 split with no administrative responsibilities. Our team handles all scheduling, billing, and EHR management, so you can focus on providing care. We provide free CEUs, optional health insurance, and weekly peer consultation meetings for clinical support and professional development. You'll work remotely while being part of a compassionate and collaborative team dedicated to quality care. Whether you’re looking to supplement your current income with part-time hours or build a full-time remote practice, our flexible model can support your goals. Clinicians working 10 hours per week typically earn over $2,000 per month, while full-time providers can earn $7,000 or more monthly.
