Description The ideal Supply Chain Analyst is a proactive, data-driven professional who thrives on turning complex operational data into actionable business decisions. Success in this role requires someone who takes ownership, influences others through insight and collaboration, and is motivated by improving operational performance while ensuring customer demand is consistently met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Lead and own entire SIOP monthly processes, meetings, and calendar. Drive process improvement and visibility around root cause for fluctuations to monthly KPI’s. Perform business process analysis by monitoring key KPIs and utilize basic and advanced analytical tools to identify and address areas of risk. This includes the monitoring of demand and capacities of internal production lines. Proactively work with plant operations on constrain demand plans that assist in ensuring external customer demand requirements are being met. Lead and facilitate the process of developing mitigation actions to meet customer’s demand. Lead the weekly cross functional meetings. Participate in the implementation of processes that can drive improvements in the area of supplier and customer delivery performance. Provide timely reports, making recommendations for necessary changes and implement improvements. Automate where possible. Develop and maintain standards, policies, and procedures surrounding procurement data collection, analysis, and reporting. Other duties as assigned. WORKING ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: This role offers remote work flexibility, while requiring occasional in-office presence based on team, project, or business needs to support collaboration and key business initiatives. Predominantly operates in an office or home office environment. However, position may need to walk frequently through shift on concrete in production areas. May be exposed to moderate heat, light dust, fumes, cold temperatures, and noise. Adequate hearing, eye, and footwear protection is required in production areas. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management required Strong knowledge of materials and inventory management Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Plex ERP system knowledge preferred Knowledge of materials management techniques PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Close visual acuity and repetitive movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to operate standard office equipment required. Will need to walk short distances and may occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
