We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the enterprise migration to SAP S/4HANA RISE and oversee the parallel implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for HR, Payroll, and Time Management. This role drives delivery across technical, functional, and organizational workstreams to ensure a successful cloud transformation. Pay Range: $110-$120/hr. W2 What you will work on • S/4HANA RISE Migration: • Lead end‑to‑end migration from on‑prem S/4HANA 2023 to SAP RISE PCE, including technical planning, cloud provisioning, cutover, and hypercare. • Oversee integration of SAP IS‑U, legacy systems, and the Customer Service Portal. • Guide network/ExpressRoute connectivity and cloud architecture optimization. • SuccessFactors (HR, Payroll, Time): • Manage full SuccessFactors implementation covering HR Core, Payroll, Time, Benefits, and Org Management. • Oversee payroll configuration (bi‑weekly processing, tax compliance, wage types, deductions). • Drive transition from SAP CATS to SuccessFactors Time Management, including complex schedules and accrual policies. • Cross‑Functional Program Leadership: • Direct redesign of roles, authorizations, and SoD‑compliant security across S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. • Manage integrations (S/4 Finance/Controlling, BSI Tax Factory, Wells Fargo, BTP, SAC, GRC). • Oversee Fiori optimization and user experience enhancement. • Governance, OCM & Training: • Run PMO governance, project reviews, risk management, and executive communication. [ • Lead OCM, end‑user training, and structured knowledge transfer programs What you will bring • Requirements: • Must‑Have: • 10+ years SAP program/project management with S/4HANA; experience delivering RISE migrations. [ • 5+ years of SuccessFactors implementation leadership (Payroll, Time, HR Core). • Strong experience with integrations, security/roles, and regulatory compliance. • Proven success leading OCM, training, and hypercare for large enterprises. • Preferred: • Utilities industry experience (SAP IS‑U). • Familiarity with BTP, SAC, Enable Now, and Tax Factory.
