Learn more about our journey here: AlleyWatch About the Role As the Accounting & Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Accounting & Operations function at Revv. You’ll contribute to month-end close, AR/collections/order-to-cash, and process efficiency while also assisting with documentation and continuous improvement across accounting, finance, and operations. Reporting directly to the Controller and Accounting & Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate on policy-setting, operational improvements, accounting, and financial reporting tasks. This role offers wide scope, visibility with the executive team, and cross-functional exposure—perfect for a skilled generalist eager to grow in a high-growth startup environment. Responsibilities Month-End Close & Reporting Act as the Manager’s #2 for the month-close process by designing and maintaining workpapers, communicating status, and ensuring timely completion. Assist with investor reporting, audit completion, and due diligence requests. Controls & Compliance Draft business process narratives, accounting policy memos, and flowcharts to establish a strong control environment. Support external audits and tax-related engagements. Track and execute on compliance items such as taxation and registrations. Systems & Tools Help scale Stripe, ERP systems, and collections management SaaS tools. Drive automation in procurement and AP using Ramp and collaborate with engineering to develop proprietary tools when needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Customer Success to improve order-to-cash operations while strengthening internal controls. Work with outsourced operations teams to enhance efficiency and reporting. Continuous Improvement & Teamwork Identify opportunities to automate processes and streamline workflows. Demonstrate genuine interest in Revv’s financial success and business continuity while offering innovative solutions. Qualifications Professional Experience 2+ years of accounting or finance experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) experience preferred. CPA preferred but not required. Understanding of ASC 606 and order-to-cash processes. Experience with month-close and/or audit workpapers. Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Technical Skills Strong attention to detail and governance best practices (narratives, SOPs, documentation). Familiarity with SaaS accounting tools (ERP, Stripe, Ramp, etc.). Ability to communicate clearly on status, progress, and deadlines. Hands-on with journal entries, reconciliations, and process automation. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn from the team. Compensation Range The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
