Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Revenue Cycle Consultant based in Franklin, TN, with some flexibility for remote work. The consultant will analyze, optimize, and provide recommendations for clients' revenue cycle processes, focusing on efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities include evaluating existing systems, conducting healthcare consulting sessions, and implementing process improvements that enhance operational performance. The chosen candidate will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to identify challenges and deliver tailored RCM solutions. Qualifications • Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management and in-depth knowledge of healthcare finance processes • Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on interpreting financial data to identify trends and opportunities • Experience in Consulting and Healthcare Consulting, with the ability to effectively communicate solutions to clients • Proven abilities in Process Improvement to enhance operational efficiency • Bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills • Familiarity with medical and dental industry workflows and financial management systems is advantageous
