RevsUp represents a bootstrapped, profitable AI sales tech startup that helps high-velocity SaaS teams have 5.2x more live conversations through its Parallel Dialer technology. Over 3,700 SDRs rely on us to dramatically increase output, and logos like DoorDash, Justworks, and Mediafly trust the platform to drive pipeline at scale. This 7-employee, founder-led company (Angel-backed) has grown revenue 2200% without outside funding and is now hiring an Account Executive to own full-cycle deals with B2B SaaS teams. You’ll report directly to CEO Mavlonbek Muratov and use our own dialer daily to generate 250–300 outbound calls, demonstrate the product live, and close $10K to $40K deals in a 30-day sales cycle. Solution Our AI Parallel Dialer enables sales reps to initiate multiple outbound calls simultaneously, automatically filter out voicemails, and prioritize live connections—leading to 5.2x more conversations per rep per day. This speed-to-conversation model helps SDRs exceed activity benchmarks while allowing leaders to scale teams without adding headcount. We integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Pipedrive, and Outreach. Role • Individual contributor role, reporting to the CEO and working from your home office. You will spend some time in the San Francisco office during your first 90 days on the job. • $80K to $95K base, commensurate with your current financial achievement. • OTE is double, and your quota is roughly 4X your OTE. Uncapped commissions and accelerators to 25%+. • About 80% of your pipeline comes from various inbounds sources, to free you to close 3 to 5 deals each month. • However, we need passionate cold-callers as AEs, to build credibility with your prospects. • Target buyers include sales leaders, RevOps teams, and go-to-market executives at high-growth SaaS companies. • Candidates must have 4+ years of total SaaS sales experience (and a track record of outbound prospecting in fast-paced environments. Official Job Description The Role We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our high-growth team. This role involves selling our AI-powered sales technology to B2B SaaS companies, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, and consistently exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proven quota crusher who thrives in high-velocity sales environments and believes that human conversation beats any email or social touch.
