Full Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and drive the successful delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives within a Global Fortune 500 enterprise environment. This role is responsible for managing complex projects across a large-scale organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational excellence, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, financial tracking, and end-to-end project execution. Experience in supply chain, logistics, data, or enterprise transformation initiatives is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects within scope, schedule, and budget. • Manage full project lifecycle activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, financial tracking, and variance reporting. • Coordinate with business, IT, operations, supply chain, and data teams to ensure alignment and delivery success. • Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and governance materials for senior leadership. • Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks. • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed enterprise environment. • Support transformation initiatives, including ERP, supply chain optimization, and data platform implementations (as applicable). Qualifications • 5+ years of Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment. • Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and financials. • Experience working in Waterfall/Agile or hybrid project delivery environments. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams. • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. • Experience in supply chain, logistics, retail distribution, or foodservice industries is a plus. • PMP or equivalent certification preferred. • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Experience • Large-scale enterprise transformation or ERP implementation (SAP preferred). • Data-driven initiatives, analytics platforms, or reporting modernization. • Experience in Fortune 500 or similarly complex global organizations. • Understanding of supply chain and distribution operations.
