IT Support Specialist (Onsite – Orlando & Auburndale) 1-Year Contract Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on and remote technical support across company locations in Orlando and Auburndale (approximately 60 miles apart). This is a highly visible, enterprise-level IT support role responsible for maintaining user-facing hardware, software, and audio/visual systems while delivering white-glove support to executives and internal stakeholders. This role requires regular travel between Orlando and Auburndale to support onsite technology needs. Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and scanners • Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues • Support and maintain Windows 11 environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) • Coordinate and support audio/visual systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, GoTo, etc.) • Conduct pre-meeting A/V checks and provide live executive-level meeting support • Track and document IT assets, configurations, and support activities • Collaborate with IT teams on projects and infrastructure initiatives • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed) • Travel frequently between Orlando and Auburndale locations • Lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs as needed Required Qualifications • Enterprise-level IT support experience • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, MECM • Experience supporting virtual meeting platforms and enterprise A/V equipment • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • High school diploma or equivalent (IT certifications preferred) Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTIA A+, Network+, Teams Rooms certification, or AVIXA Fundamentals Key Skills • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable supporting executive and high-visibility meetings • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
