We are seeking a bubbly, professional part to full-time receptionist to join our team! (20-30 hours per week) We are a small single doctor Chiropractic practice. We have some days that are steadily busy all day and some days that are a little bit slower. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, willingness to learn, detail oriented and works well in a team setting. Job Responsibilities: Scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients Verifying and pulling insurance benefits (rarely) Handling all patients needs with exceptional customer service Checking out patients and collecting payment Helping control patient flow in the office by multi-tasking and being a team player Assisting the Chiropractor with other basic patient care duties Qualifications: RELIABLE (this is a small office with no extra employees) Excellent phone and patient communication skills Strong customer service skills High school graduate or equivalent Basic math skills Familiarity with computers and typing skills Self-starter Outgoing personality Ability to multi-task Hours: Mon 3 PM-7 PM Tues 7AM-5PM (two hour lunch) Thurs 9 AM-6 PM (two hour lunch) Fri 7 AM-Noon Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred) • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
