Position Overview We are urgently hiring skilled Machine Operators to operate and monitor CNC and specialized manufacturing equipment used in the production of high-quality automotive components. This is a great role for individuals with experience in machining, fabrication, mechanical work, or general manufacturing who want to advance their career. What You’ll Do • Maintain excellent attendance and reliability. • Operate and monitor multiple CNC and analog machines in a high-production environment. • Follow all company safety, health, and environmental procedures. • Perform machine start-up and shut-down procedures. • Adjust machine settings and inspect parts throughout production. • Change tools, grinding wheels, stones, and inserts using hand tools. • Troubleshoot machine alarms and perform basic problem-solving. • Inspect and sort parts for defects; perform basic quality checks. • Record inspection data and daily production information. • Enter inventory transactions using a bar code system. • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, and other material-handling equipment. • Perform basic preventive maintenance such as cleaning and adding oil. • Assist machine technicians by reporting issues and abnormalities. • Complete additional tasks as needed to support production. What We’re Looking For • Experience operating CNC machines, milling, lathes, stamping presses, or similar equipment. • Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot and perform adjustments. • Ability to read blueprints. • Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools. • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred. • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. • Safety-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
