Full Description

Description **Preference for candidates located near a Revere Plastics Systems facility | Travel to plant locations as required** Build the Supply Chain Capability That Powers Our Plants Revere Plastics Systems is seeking a hands-on, influential Corporate Supply Chain Manager to strengthen supply chain execution across our manufacturing network. This is a critical role for a leader who can connect strategy to the realities of the plant floor—improving material flow, inventory performance, production planning, and order fulfillment while building the confidence and capability of supply chain team members at our plants. You will work with team members at every level of the organization—from schedulers, buyers, and material managers to plant leaders and functional partners. Although this role has no direct reports, it provides functional leadership and coaching to approximately 20 plant-based supply chain team members. Your ability to influence without authority, develop others, and create consistent operating practices will be essential to success. The Opportunity for Impact This role offers the opportunity to shape how supply chain work gets done across Revere. You will identify gaps, solve complex material and scheduling challenges, establish leader standard work, and help plant teams adopt disciplined, repeatable processes. Your work will directly support customer delivery, operational performance, inventory productivity, and the development of a stronger supply chain bench. What You Will Lead · Strengthen plant execution: Lead and support production scheduling, material planning, demand planning, “need-to-run” prioritization, and adherence to Revere’s order fulfillment process. · Coach and develop plant talent: Build the skills of plant supply chain team members through hands-on coaching, practical problem-solving, clear expectations, and sustainable leader standard work. · Improve inventory performance: Advance inventory accuracy, cycle-count discipline, book-to-physical performance, inventory turns, and the reduction of excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and constrained materials. · Resolve constraints quickly: Facilitate material and inventory reviews, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and drive timely corrective actions for shortages, past-due work orders, quality holds, supplier issues, and customer risks. · Create visibility and accountability: Use data, Power BI, ERP information, and management reporting to identify trends, communicate risks, and focus teams on the actions that matter most. · Partner across the enterprise: Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Engineering, plant leadership, customers, suppliers, and other facilities to improve business results. · Support strategic initiatives: Coordinate interplant builds, tool transfers, launches, EDI improvements, supplier-performance reviews, and global supply chain projects. How You Will Make an Impact In your first 12–24 months, you will help Revere create stronger, more consistent supply chain practices across our plants. Success will include: · Improved inventory accuracy, days on hand, schedule attainment, on-time delivery, and supplier performance. · Greater adherence to standard order fulfillment, production reporting, and material-management processes. · Clearer visibility to risks, constraints, forecast accuracy, and slow-moving inventory. · More capable and confident plant supply chain team members, supported by effective coaching, practical tools, and leader standard work. · Faster resolution of plant constraints and stronger collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and plant leadership. Requirements What You Bring · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience. · Five to seven years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, materials, planning, or operations. · Strong experience in inventory control, production planning, forecasting, material planning, and order fulfillment. · Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, motivate, and influence others, including team members who do not report directly to you. · Experience working across multiple plants, functions, and levels of leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. · Strong analytical and formal problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into priorities and action. · Experience with ERP/MRP systems; IQMS experience is preferred. · Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or comparable reporting tools. · Lean and Six Sigma knowledge and the ability to identify and eliminate waste. · Clear, credible communication and presentation skills, including the confidence to lead difficult conversations and drive accountability. The Leadership Style That Thrives Here You bring the 4Es: Energy, the ability to Energize others, Edge, and Execution. You are approachable, decisive, and accountable. You build trust from the production floor to the executive level, balance urgent plant needs with long-term capability building, and remain focused when priorities compete. You do not simply solve today’s problem—you coach others so the organization is stronger the next time. Role Details · Work arrangement: Remote, with preference for candidates located near a Revere Plastics Systems facility. · Travel: Travel to Revere plant locations is required, particularly during onboarding and when hands-on plant support is needed. · Reporting relationship: Reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain, Planning & Procurement. · Leadership scope: Enterprise-wide project and functional leadership, including approximately 20 dotted-line plant resources. · Work demands: Flexibility to respond to critical business needs outside standard working hours, including occasional weekends.
