Job Overview Revere Insurance is an independent insurance agency headquartered in Flower Mound, Texas. For years, we’ve been helping families, homeowners, and businesses across the U.S. protect what matters most with tailored insurance solutions. As a privately held firm, we pride ourselves on integrity, client relationships, and long-term success. We are hiring Client Services Representatives in Puerto Rico to join our remote team. We welcome candidates who are already licensed insurance agents as well as those who are not yet licensed but are motivated to become one. For unlicensed candidates, we provide full training, exam sponsorship, and guidance to help you earn your insurance license and begin a career in the U.S. insurance industry. Duties • Manage insurance policy renewals, endorsements, billing, and customer communications • Deliver responsive, professional insurance customer service to clients • Build trusted long-term client relationships as a licensed insurance advisor (with our support) • Gain hands-on experience with U.S. insurance operations • (If unlicensed) Complete training and study toward obtaining an insurance license in Puerto Rico with our sponsorship Qualifications • Resident of Puerto Rico with customer service, sales, or account management experience • Must present a valid government-issued ID • 2+ years of experience in customer service • Already licensed in insurance or committed to becoming licensed (training and exam support provided) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (both required) • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment • Proficient with digital tools, including G-Suite, Aircall, Pipedrive, and similar platforms Why Join Revere Insurance? • Remote insurance job — work from anywhere in Puerto Rico • Insurance licensing support (pre-licensing course & exam sponsorship provided) • Real-world exposure to U.S. insurance agency operations • Career growth into account management and leadership positions • Supportive culture that values ownership, empowerment, and professional growth Ideal Candidate Profile • Entrepreneurial — approaches work with a sense of ownership • Service-oriented — motivated by helping clients and solving problems • Ambitious — committed to career advancement • Coachable — open to feedback and continuous learning • Disciplined — strong time and task management skills Compensation & Job Type • Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour (starting)Expected Hours: 40 per week (9am-5pm CST) • Once licensed: Eligible for a pay increase and commission opportunities based on performance and sales.
