Company: Revelation Care Role Type: Executive | Builder | SaaS Platform Leader  Role Overview  Revelation Care is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to own and scale its technology platform in support of a fast-growing, PE-backed healthcare organization. This is a hands-on builder role, responsible for developing and evolving a proprietary pharmacy SaaS platform, enabling telemedicine, delivering enterprise-grade data visibility, and ensuring security, scalability, and exit readiness.  The CTO will translate Revelation’s values—Patient Centric, Passionate, and Relentless—into technology that accelerates growth and elevates patient and provider experiences.  Key Responsibilities  * Define and execute a scalable technology roadmap aligned with business growth and patient-first outcomes. * Build, lead, and scale a high-performing engineering, product, data, and IT organization. * Own and evolve Revelation’s proprietary pharmacy SaaS platform, deployed across multiple locations and potentially external clients. * Drive rapid, reliable software deployment with strong versioning, release management, and support models. * Architect and maintain an API-first tech stack fully integrated with NetSuite and Power BI to deliver real-time financial and operational visibility critical for leadership, OCM, and exit readiness. * Lead telemedicine platform implementation and integration across pharmacy, clinical, and patient-facing systems. * Ensure enterprise-grade cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory alignment. * Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve patient experience, provider efficiency, and operational performance. Ideal Candidate Profile  * Senior technology leader (CTO, VP of Technology, or equivalent) with strong SaaS product ownership experience. * Proven success building and scaling SaaS platforms across multiple locations; experience with external customers is a strong plus. * Deep understanding of SaaS execution: deployment velocity, uptime, versioning, support, and customer expectations. * Experience in PE-backed, high-growth, or platform-based environments. * Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries preferred. * Strong expertise in cloud architecture, API integrations, data platforms, and cybersecurity.
