Revelare Networks is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a dynamic startup environment focused on innovative defense solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a solid understanding of the tech industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving workplace. This position will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization and with external partners. The candidate needs to reside near Pikesville, MD and willing to attend on-site weekly meetings in that area. Salary range $60K-$85K. Key Responsibilities: • Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize appointments. • Prepare and disseminate meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support strategic decision-making. • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executives. • Develop and maintain on-line filing systems and databases for efficient information retrieval. • Process forms required for government contracts: travel, purchasing, invoicing. • Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate communication and project execution. • Manage shipping of equipment and small devices to staff, customers, and partners. • U.S. citizenship • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (flexible on major) • Preferably some experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a high-tech startup or defense industry. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively. • Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. • Familiarity with project management tools and practices is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. • Passion for technology and innovation, with an understanding of the defense sector being an advantage. • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) • Short Term & Long Term Disability • Training & Development • Work (Mostly) From Home
