We are seeking a remote Project Manager contractor to lead the implementation and rollout of an email prioritization tool for targeted business groups. This role is responsible for hands-on execution, including planning, stakeholder coordination, training, onboarding/offboarding processes, vendor coordination, issue monitoring, and adoption tracking. The engagement is time-boxed and focused on delivering a successful rollout with clear handoff to internal teams. Duration: 2-3 months, with potential for more time dependent on rollout expansion Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Remote Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage the rollout plan, timeline, and milestones • Coordinate across IT, business leadership, operations, and vendors • Execute communications, training, and change management activities • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users • Track issues, risks, and adoption metrics; provide executive-ready updates • Provide support within the application by adjusting, creating or removing rulesDeliverables • Approved implementation and rollout plan • Documented onboarding/offboarding processes • Training materials and communications • Successful rollout with hands on support • Adoption metrics and final transition documentation Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in project coordination/management, implementation, or tool rollouts • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience driving end-user adoption • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, time-bound environment Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) • Prior vendor coordination experience • Experience with excellent customer service/support Reference: 1050329 Don't meet every single requirement?
