We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for full-time, experienced and skillful inside sales representatives to join our dynamic team in our location in North Bergen, NJ. Responsibilities • Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products. • Provide customer service, evaluate the customer's needs and answer any questions regarding materials, pricing, product availability, delivery and services. • Complete internal documents supporting any transaction. • Aggressively, yet professionally, cultivate and develop relationships with prospective customers to generate new business. • Inform customer of any changes in pricing or anticipated delays. • Process orders, perform order entry, review orders for accuracy and follow order through until completion. • Any ad-hoc projects/duties as needed. Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. • Must be able to communicate effectively and cooperate with others. • Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers. • Must be able to deal tactfully with customers. • Must be organized, motivated and a real go-getter. • Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays. • Must have the ability to productively work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur. • Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus.
