The Manager of Provider Services will play a key role in the continued development and growth of the Provider Services department and will work closely with the Implementations Team and the Billing Services Team to ensure the best customer experience. Main Responsibilities: Ensure strict HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client-related data. Oversee the day-to-day operations of Rethink’s Provider Services Team. Supervise a team of Enrollment & Credentialing Specialists and Benefit and Authorization Specialists; including but not limited to assigning and monitoring workloads, operational productivity and performance, and management of procedures and workflows. Serve as the Enrollment & Credentialing and Benefit and Authorization subject matter expert resource internally and externally. Identify and implement opportunities to improve the quality of Enrollment & Credentialing and Benefit & Authorization Management services that result customer satisfaction. Assess existing processes to ensure Rethink’s Enrollment & Credentialing services and Benefit and Authorization Management services are being provided based on payor current requirements and best practices. Make recommendations to Rethink leadership to address and improve operational protocols for the Provider Services department that focus on enhanced customer experience. Communicate staff hiring needs based on existing and projected workload capacity based on new customer account acquisitions. Train, direct, develop and evaluate staff. Develop and perform routine quality assurance audits to ensure timelines for Enrollment & Credentialing applications/contracts are being met. Develop and perform routine quality assurance audits to ensure timelines for Benefit and Authorization Management SLAs are being met. Ensure that all BAM spreadsheets are being maintained ongoing for organization, communication purposes and for customer invoicing Interview candidates, make recommendations for hire and termination when applicable. Document and communicate updated payor billing requirements to Provider Services members. Facilitate regular staff meetings that focus on key business metrics and best practices. Manage account caseload as needed.
