Retail Solutions Unlimited is hiring a sales coordinator to work with our sales team and act as the administrative backbone for our growing Sales Department, streamlining operations, managing data, and ensuring smooth communication between representatives, clients, and other departments. This role is crucial for improving our productivity and overall customer satisfaction. Core Responsibilities • Administrative Support: Managing schedules, organizing sales meetings, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate customer records our CRM software. • Order Processing: Handling customer orders received via phone, email, or mail; ensuring all details (pricing, discounts, product numbers) are accurate; and coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and invoicing. • Customer Relations: Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, promptly answering inquiries, resolving complaints, providing after-sales support, and updating them on order status or product information to foster retention and loyalty. • Sales Team Liaison: Facilitating communication between sales representatives, ensuring they have up-to-date sales materials (brochures, presentations), and tracking leads and opportunities within the sales pipeline. • Data Management & Reporting: Creating and reviewing sales reports, analyzing sales data and market trends, and presenting findings to management to inform strategic decisions. • Marketing & Event Support: Assisting the marketing team with campaigns, managing inventory of promotional materials, and helping plan/coordinate sales events, trade shows, or client viewings.
