What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of customer service or outbound calling experience. - You have excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone presence. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You possess basic computer skills and can navigate multiple software applications. - You have strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with survey or market research calls. - Familiarity with CRM software or call center technology. - Previous remote work experience. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
