What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to customers using provided scripts to collect their thoughts and opinions. - You will accurately document survey responses to ensure data integrity. - You will maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions. - You will meet daily and weekly call and survey completion targets. - You will troubleshoot basic technical issues related to remote work tools. - You will collaborate with team leads to provide feedback and improve survey processes. - You will adhere to company policies and confidentiality agreements. - You will manage your schedule effectively to maximize productivity during peak periods. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or outbound calling roles. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers clearly and professionally. - Comfortable working remotely with basic computer proficiency. - Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately. - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. - High school diploma or equivalent.
