This remote position offers an opportunity to contribute to client success by effectively communicating with customers and documenting their opinions during a high-volume, fast-paced campaign. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to customers using provided scripts to collect their thoughts and opinions. - You will accurately document customer responses and ensure data integrity. - You will maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions. - You will meet daily and weekly call and survey completion targets. - You will troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns appropriately. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards throughout all communications. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in customer service or outbound calling roles. - You have excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone presence. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You possess strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. - You have basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or survey software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in a seasonal or campaign-based customer service role. - Bilingual abilities or proficiency in multiple languages. - Experience working with remote teams and managing time effectively. - Knowledge of customer experience best practices and survey methodologies.
