Role Overview: As a Remote Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with German-speaking customers in the UK market. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales, building strong relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential German-speaking clients in the UK to generate new business opportunities. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. - You will consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. - You will track and report sales activities and results using CRM tools. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. - You will participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a remote setting. - You are fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment. - You have proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the customer experience or contact center industry. - Knowledge of the UK market and sales regulations. - Additional language skills beyond German and English. - Previous experience working in a multicultural and remote team.
