Your primary focus will be on outbound sales, building strong relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential German-speaking clients in the UK to generate new business opportunities. - You will build and maintain strong rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. - You will consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. - You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment. - You are fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting. - You have proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the customer experience or contact center industry. - Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies such as consultative selling. - Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment. - Additional language skills beyond German and English.
