What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. - Problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of North Carolina healthcare regulations and insurance plans. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Certification or training in healthcare customer service.
