What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare insurance plans and terminology. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a call center environment. - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
