What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare insurance plans and benefits. - You will assist members with detailed reviews and change requests on their insurance coverage. - You will provide clear and accurate information about healthcare policies and procedures. - You will document member interactions and update records in compliance with company standards. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member issues efficiently. - You will maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance plans and terminology. - Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center environment. - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience with ResultsCX or similar customer experience companies.
